This class is an interactive oyster experience taught by a master shucker from Hama Hama oyster farm.

Guests will learn the subtleties of shucking an oyster, the complexities of species, and the importance of their habitat – from both a culinary and conversation standpoint.

The recipes taught will be spiced up with a Baja twist from Chef/Owner of Olympia Oyster Bar, Maylin Chavez.

Sofia Acosta from Mezcal Amaras will pair oysters with Mexico’s premier spirit: Mezcal.
