Bill Hooper farms Riesling and other German varietals biodynamically in the Willamette Valley. After an apprenticeship in the Pfalz region of Germany, he has settled in the valley in search of, in his own words, the best place to grow riesling in North America. We rather agree with him! His dry Rieslings are filled with vibrant minerality and salty components. Their volcanic minerality and precision are just meant for oysters and seafood!
